This two hour workshop focuses on helping you build a great awareness of the pelvic floor and deep core stability using yoga poses, movements, and breath work. You’ll learn the basic anatomy and function of your pelvic floor and adjacent transverse abdominals, and how to identify and address any muscle imbalances with the goal of greater functional strength and mobility both on and off your yoga mat.
