Dance into Connection: Moving What Words Can’t Express (at Nandi Yoga)

Join us at Nandi Yoga for Dance into Connection: Moving What Words Can’t Express, an introductory Dance/Movement Therapy workshop led by Nathaniel Silveira-Pyzik, LPCC, BC-DMT! Taking place on Sunday, October 4th from 1:00 PM to 2:15 PM at 309 Eighth Ave in Downtown San Mateo, this workshop is designed for adults interested in expressive movement as a pathway for self-exploration and personal growth. Participants will experience how movement can help explore thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations while fostering deeper connections with themselves and others. No dance experience is necessary, and all activities can be adapted for varying physical abilities. Please note that while therapeutic in nature, this workshop is not psychotherapy or a substitute for mental health treatment.
