Summer Solstice Sound Bath & Cacao Ceremony (at Nandi Yoga)

In honor of the Summer Solstice, drop in with Nandi yoga teacher, Reiki Master, classically trained musician, and sound bath facilitator, Alyssa Lauren Stone. We will begin with a heart-opening cacao ceremony using raw ceremonial-grade cacao to gently elevate mood and open the body to deeper states of awareness. From there, we move into Restorative Yoga, a practice supported entirely by props to help activate the parasympathetic nervous system and release tension. The experience culminates in an immersive sound bath featuring a gong, Himalayan singing bowls, frame drums, a harmonium, and chimes to recalibrate brainwave states and reduce anxiety. Wear cozy layers and come with an open heart! Please note that space is limited and there are no refunds or exchanges for this event. Annuals and Monthly Auto-Renew Memberships receive a discount.
