Soothe Lunar Eclipse Full Moon Sound Bath, Restorative Yoga & Cacao Ceremony (at Nandi Yoga)

Drop in for a special Soothe Lunar Eclipse Full Moon Sound Bath, Restorative Yoga & Cacao Ceremony at Nandi Yoga, led by Reiki Master, classically trained musician, and sound bath facilitator Alyssa Lauren Stone! Taking place on Saturday, August 29th from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at 309 Eighth Ave in Downtown San Mateo, this evening begins with a heart-opening raw ceremonial cacao ceremony to elevate mood and sharpen focus. Participants will then experience restorative yoga and a deep, soothing sound bath designed to release tension and bring clarity. Wear cozy layers and come with an open heart! Registration is $55 per person (discounts available for annual and monthly members). Spaces are limited, so early registration is encouraged.
