You’ll dive into the art of dancing in heels with confidence, intention, and sensuality. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this empowering experience will help you master the fundamentals, unlock your expressive potential, and embrace your inner strength and sexiness.

This exciting workshop covers key elements to elevate your heels dancing, including:

Foundational Heels Technique: Master proper posture, alignment, and footwork to build a solid technical foundation.
Intention & Execution: Learn to move with purpose, precision, and control while conveying emotion through your dance.
Performance Quality: Develop stage presence, confidence, and sensuality to captivate any audience.

Beyond technique, we’ll guide you in exploring authentic self-expression and sensuality in movement to help you:

About Your Instructor Sydnie: Having been a dancer since the young age of 7, Sydnie brings passion and creativity to every class. A former nine-year competitor with a B.A. in Dance from San Francisco State, she’s trained across ballet, contemporary, jazz, jazz funk, tap, Hula/Tahitian, and heels. Known for connecting deeply with students, she builds a welcoming and positive space where dancers feel encouraged to challenge themselves, embrace their individuality, and grow in both confidence and skill.
