Location: 50 E 5th Ave (Central Park, by the state on the opposite side of the rec center)
Please bring a mat, water bottle, towel, and make sure to apply sunblock!
We will have a limited number of extra yoga mats to borrow, but do encourage bringing your own!
We will have light post workout snacks!!
