Full S.T.E.A.M. Ahead: DIY Ice Cream
Summer is the perfect time to learn about the science behind making ice cream: molecules, emulsions, and melting and freezing points. You can then make your own ice cream in just a few minutes’ time! (There will be dairy and oat milk options.) Registration is required. Recommended for grades 2 and up.
