Come learn more about how to compost correctly! Still don’t have a green bin at your home or business? Join us to learn how you can subscribe to compost service and proper sorting techniques. Senate Bill 1383 (SB 1383) is a state law that requires compost materials to be diverted from the landfill to help combat climate change. We will have compost experts from Recology, RethinkWaste, City of San Mateo and County of San Mateo, short presentations, take-home information, and more! Food and refreshments will be available.
