The tasting will feature four Whisky’s from Balcones:
Baby Blue Corn Whisky 92 Proof
Lineage Single Malt 94 Proof
Texas 1 Single Malt 106 Proof
Mirador Eclipse Single Malt fermented with Red and Rose Wine Yeasts 110 Proof (this is a limited release)
Tasting event includes education plus Q & A with a Balcones Manager Eva Zhen. The experience lasts 45 minutes for up to 12 people at a time. Seatings at 6, 7 and 8pm.
