United Against Hate Film Series: Do the Right Thing (at the Main San Mateo Public Library)

Join us for a screening of the film Do the Right Thing [R rated], by Spike Lee.

Synopsis: On the hottest day of the year on a street in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn, everyone’s hate and bigotry smolders and builds until it explodes into violence. In celebration of United Against Hate Week, SMPL and the City of San Mateo have partnered to share this film with the San Mateo community.
