DESCRIPTION:From the San Mateo Consolidated Fire Department: \nMark your calendars!\nIt’s almost that time again for the annual San Mateo Consolidated Fire Department’s annual Chili Off\, benefiting MDA Northern California\, happening at Central Park in Downtown San Mateo on Aug 24th from 1100am-5pm \nEntertainment this year will be provided by @six50productions \nOnce again beer will be provided by @Matagrano_inc \nAgencies that have participated in past years for the best chili have been\n@dalycityfirefighters_12400\n@Pacifica_firefighters @southsanfanciacofirefighters\n@SanBrunofire @CentralCounty.fire @smcfiredept @Redwoodcityfire\n@Menlo_park_firefighters\n@Woodsidefirefighters @calfireczu and @cityoffc @smcoems \n$10 entry fee at the gate gets you a cup of every chili available\, a bowl of your favorite chili\, and a drink ticket (beer\, seltzer\, or water)\nAdditional drink tickets can be purchased once inside\nBeer/Seltzer-$5/ticket\nWater-$1/ticket\nCash and Venmo accepted \nThere will be also having a 50/50 raffle and other various other raffle prizes\nA jump house will be available for the kids (free of charge)\nFeel free to bring a blanket\, lawn chairs and umbrella to enjoy the day at the park!\nWe will have a few extra pop up tents on the grass that will be first come first serve.

The event will consist of a $10 entrance fee which gets each guest a taste of each Chili\, a bowl of your favorite Chili\, and a drink ticket (beer\, soda\, or water). They will also have a Car Show\, Jump House for the kids\, and live music from Event Bros. The event will benefit MDA and local charities and will run from 11am-5pm.
