Now she brings her impressive experience to her heels classes\, where she empowers students to connect with their movement\, confidence\, and sensuality. \nWorkshop Level: This workshop is for all level students. No prior experience required; it is designed for anyone eager to explore the artistry and empowerment of dancing in high heels. \n*If it is your first time in heels it is suggested to wear a shorter & thicker based heel to start and work your way to a skinner heel. \nWhat kind of heels should I wear? We suggest heels with strong ankle support. \nWhat should I wear? You want an outfit that is comfortable\, flattering\, and easy to move in; pants\, cute little shorts\, or leggings are great. If your knees are exposed\, consider wearing knee pads so that you can slide around on the floor comfortably. Just make sure that your outfit allows you to move freely and doesn’t restrict your movement in any way.
