DESCRIPTION:From Nandi Yoga’s website: \nNandi Yoga Teacher Training 2025 with Wendy Klein\n5/2/2025 – 8/17/2025 From: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm \nThis 200 hour program is designed to develop knowledgeable and nurturing yoga teachers who can lead students in sustainable\, engaging and mindful vinyasa yoga classes and includes: rigorous training in asana (poses\, sequences and effective teaching tools)\, a comprehensive overview of yogic philosophy (including its rich history and how it’s applicable in today’s world)\, and an exploration of the body (anatomical\, physiological and energetic). Participants will hone their skills and develop their voices and styles throughout the program by practice teaching with supportive and practical feedback. \nThe training will held over four months\, starting off with the 4 day intensive on May 2nd. \nGoing forward\, the training will be combination of zoom and in person as follows: \nMonday evenings 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm (zoom) \nWednesday evenings: 5:30-8:30 pm (in person but can be zoom’ed) \nFriday evenings: 5:45-8:45 pm (in person but can be zoom’ed) \nSaturdays 8 am to 1 pm (with several all day sessions) \nSundays 1 pm to 5 pm (with several all day sessions) \nWe will email the list of trainees before the training starts to coordinate schedules and adjust the meeting times to maximize in person or live zoom attendance. \nTrainees who successfully complete the program will be automatically eligible for the Nandi Yoga Intern Program that runs for one year starting in July. This program includes a 2-hour training session one Sunday every 6 to 8 weeks\, the opportunity to assist in at least one class at Nandi per week\, and teaching a community class at the studio periodically. The cost of this program is included in the teacher training program. \nRequirements:\n• Consistent yoga practice for a minimum of two years\n• Completion of a regular yoga class with Wendy\n• A strong desire to teach vinyasa yoga\n• Completion of application\n• Completion and signature on all training forms\n• Full payment by the start of the training \n  \nThe cost for this training (including the intern program) is $3\,300 if registered by February 20th; $3\,600 thereafter. I believed these designs would look absolutely adorable on American babies. And since Berat knew the importance of quality production\, we decided to source everything from Turkey\, where we could ensure the highest standards\, and most importantly\, that the clothes would be ethically made. \nWe wanted to create a brand that not only offered beautiful\, European-style clothes but also ensured that every piece was produced with care and responsibility. Ethical production is at the heart of everything we do. This means that our clothes are made in a way that respects both the workers who create them and the environment.
