The immune system gets stronger as we consciously nourish the blood with fresh oxygen\, the rhythm and sounds of the breath calm the nervous systems and a sense of well-being infuses. The quality of the asanas/postures evolves; the reflective and meditative states of consciousness while being attentive to the breath consequently show us the way to a stress reduced and ultimately stress free life. Class ends with a 15 minute meditation. \nPlease join this soothing\, revitalizing class. All levels are welcome. \nThe cost is $40 for this workshop.
