SUMMARY:In Person Partner Yoga Workshop with Wendy Klein (at Nandi Yoga)
DESCRIPTION:From Nandi Yoga’s website: \n*Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges for workshops and special events. \nJoin Wendy and Jenn for this special workshop which focuses on poses in which two people support one another to improve balance\, foundation and ease. You’ll learn how to “assist” your partner\, play with poses specifically designed for two people and end with giving one another a relaxing savanna. Partner Yoga is an inspiring practice that enhances the meaning and depth of our relationships to others and ourselves. These skills transfer to all aspects of life\, as we are in constant interaction with others. \nThe cost of this workshop is $90 for both participants. Once you register\, we will email you for the name of the person who will be joining you on the mat (it can be a friend\, a family member or your partner). \nWendy Klein\nWendy has been practicing yoga since 1994 under numerous disciplines and teaching since 2006. She has completed over 1\,300 hours of training including: It’s Yoga in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Rocket\, Rusty Wells in Bhakti Flow\, Sharon Gannon and David Life in Jivamukti; Vinyasa Yoga with Giselle Mari. Wendy has also studied with Dharma Mittra\, Jason Crandell and Sarah Powers. In addition\, she completed an advanced certification in Prenatal Vinyasa Yoga with Jennifer Wolfe More and several kids teacher trainings. \nShe opened Nandi Yoga in June 2008 to bring yoga to every body with a variety of styles\, levels and approaches – all in an earth-supporting environment. Wendy started training teachers in 2011 with a 6-month intern program and launched Nandi Yoga’s 200 RYS Program in 2013. \nWendy lives by the philosophy of “practice what you teach and teach what you practice” and is on her mat every day breathing and playing.
