Lion Dance Festival
San Mateo Mayor David Lim, the DSMA, and Self Help for the Elderly are hosting this years Chinese New Years Lion Dance. All proceeds benefit Self Help for the Elderly, a 501(c)3 non-profit.
Multi-cultural performances on March 2, 2013 from 11am to 2pm will be held downtown, plus two Lion Dance troops will be visiting downtown businesses to perform and bring prosperity and good luck in the Year of the Snake.
We’ll also be featuring booths from local retailers. Downtown businesses and organizations are invited to attend and participate!
